Northwest Missouri | We started with them about 10 years ago. They were great in the beginning. Loan officer we had dealt with from the beginning quit and service went to crap. Said we were gonna leave and they said go ahead. So we followed our original loan officer to the new bank he went to. Which is also a large commercial bank. Loan officer said he quit because they were cutting a lot of smaller loans (in rabo's opinion) and they wouldn't let him do anything to keep them. Said he would rather handle a bunch of smaller loans than one big feedlot account cause when they go under it really hurts. Ended up getting a better deal, so worked out just a hassle to redo everything. | |
