We need to be able to " out " this meat, ie. to be able to tell consumers If they are eating this brazillian stuff at their favorite fast food joint or steakhouse. I understand a lot of people don't care, as long as it is cheap, but there is a growing segment of our population that do care and will make a decision based on where their food comes from. Apple juice is in the same boat with over half of it coming from China as concentrate, being reconstituted here with American water, and being sold as made in USA. I heard the word " global " over 40 years ago at college. I thought that meant producing food for the world, not having this foreign stuff being delivered here ! Ron
