Bremen, KS | Unless they changed things in the later firmware, the Ubiquity AP should be set to WDS mode for devices in the remote locations to be able to request an IP address from the central router. I have a pair of Nano Station Loco5 units that have maintained a constant line of sight 1.5 mile path for over seven years. As the AP is set to WDS mode, the devices at the far end can utilize DHCP to request their IP address when they come onto the network just like as though they were all connected to the same wired Ethernet segment.
