90% of all transports can haul either.
Storage vessels are a completely different story. Make sure you buy a tank that is registered with the national board and has stress releved heads and is 250# rated on the plate. The national board papers are more important than the tag on the tag because that is what the inspection runs off of. You have to have a NH3 vessel and all black iron. If you want to be able to fill it and insure it, you have to be able to inspect it and pass gents! Been there, done that.
