Around here, there are not many guys with cows but a few scroungers who do not farm, and
get all of their hay from ditches. When CRP becomes available, they are on it.
They do not sell but use it, this hay has to be the most expensive hay on earth.
The chemical, the leafy sprurge, etc. must make for good feed.
