Shelby, MT | I beg to differ.... I had the cvt in our Ford Freestyle, biggest boat anchor and my final straw with ford.....5k over warranty and ford laughed at me and no such thing as a new trans. First Ford rebuilt was junk, another month later 3nd rebuilt ok.... I promptly traded for a Toyota... Ford knew it was junk too.... The started selling that lemon in 05 and never changed a thing when they quit it.. Ford did damage to the image of CVT that GM did to diesels with the 350 diesel. scared off people for decades... | |
