Wardview, LA | After the marker incidents, I finally broke down and got a Agleader compass + ontrac2+ steeringon my JD 8300. Easy install on the tractor and planted 75 acres this weekend and sprayed 180. Took a little getting used to but I love it. Could not figure out how to drive my truck on the way home - :). Anyway, I setup the footpedal to activate the guidance and deactivate. I am not overly happy with the footpedal where sometimes I get activation and sometimes not. So I was curious on what everyone else was using? I know the system is just looking for contact closure for activation so a switch on the armrest or steering wheel might work better.
