NS Canada		There's an ocean outside everyones house around here. Just needa watch em when they're small and teach em to be careful when they're older.

Also teach to swim at a young age. Very rare to have water deaths around here, and the ones that happen are usually old guys out fishing that can't swim, or off shore fishing accidents - where even if you can swim its too cold to last.
