Have a 900 8 row wide that I'm going to convert to 6 row 30". Going to use as a spot in and small field planter. Where on a 6 row 30" planter is the transmission? On the eight row wide it is out 2 rows from middle I think. Can I just have 2 wheels? I'm not putting fert. tanks on it. Also on the 8 row there is what I would call a leveling value under hopper. I have a valve to run markers on their own. Can I take off leveling valve and put transmission under hopper? Is one cyl. a master and other a slave to lift evenly? Thanks for any help.
