Subject: More planting beans into green rye questions????

Fremont, NE
Have one 80 ac field of 3' tall rye that was planning on planting soybeans green into. Curious on chemicals other than Roundup to use like Sharpen or other residuals to try and make this a one pass program if possible. I know I need to use AMS and will be lowering the PH to 5 and was going to use 15gpa for the water rate but just looking for any other advise to help me on my first planting green experience. The rye is heading out also I think if that makes a difference. Wasn't sure if the Sharpen will help, maybe Sencor/Metribusin also. Used 3-3.5oz of Fierce on my other non-cover crop no-till ground but wasn't sure if that would make it to the soil and do any good along with any other residual products.

Other question was on timing, should a guy spray 24-48 hours before planting or maybe wait 24-48 hours after planting for the best kill? Plan was to use a 20' no-till drill on a coulter cart to plant the beans on 15" rows.
