Alton, Ia | Until I read Hagie I figured one of my neighbors was farming by you, Jim. He told us once after some of our beans were mysteriously dinged-"Our spray doesn't drift". That usually gets a chuckle from anyone who owns or runs a sprayer.
The law in Iowa at least is no drift. Period. Doesn't matter whether it caused visible crop damage, or whether it "had to be done". Unfortunately, because some people only care about themselves, all of us will have more regulations.
