Kankakee, IL | I believe we all experience those periods of time where it seems the wind blows excessively, forever. However, spraying is one of those operations where most everyone thinks they know what is going on, the public that is. I feel guilty at times when I am spraying on a perfect day next to homeowners yards. They may be mowing their grass or working in the garden and they wave, with a smile, as I go by. I would never stand and watch a sprayer go by out of respect for what they "might" be spraying. I have had complaints filed against me with the DOA, same person every time. Spray records are irreplaceable in situations like these. Very common for me to split up field applications to minimize concerns or damage to adjoining properties. Don't like it but it should be done. | |
