EC Nebraska | You never did directly answer my question about what was downwind. If it was your property that was downwind, then I agree that you have a complaint. If it was someone else's property with sensitive crops downwind, then you have a complaint.
I agree completely that I shouldn't be drifting anything onto a neighbor's property (at least not without their permission) But for all you've said, we don't know that spray drift was leaving that guy's property.
I have often sprayed the upwind 2/3 of a field on a windy day, and then come back a different day with a different wind direction to spray the rest of the field. No drift was leaving my field either day. And yet you still say that's not responsible.
