"Owning your own farm land is NOT a necessity....it is a luxury. You can farm without owning a single acre as long as you are willing to pay rent that will get you the acres you desire."
And as long as you are willing to know you may not have it next year. Also don't be doing any improvements and then whining when the landowner sells it someone else. Its also kind of hard to build fertility, basically it makes it hard to farm it as it should be farmed.
