You need to email me asap on this matter. I recently just went through this whole endeavor and so far things are working. But I must say that my landlord remembers what it was like when he started from scratch also.
I started with cash and am buying all organic feed and cows. The last 6 months have put a whole new perspective on life and the lifestyle that organic dairying can provide. No way can a guy start with just cash in conventional market right now. Unless he plans on losing 1/2 to 3/4 of what he started with.
