Bardstown, Ky | We actually have 5 bulls that we kind of rotate around to keep from breeding bulls to daughters. It takes a lot of planning but it's gonna be worth it. The guy we buy most of our bulls from made us a deal on a bull he had that only has one testicle (A higher level bull than what we can usually afford) Somehow one apparently got injured and it is soft and spungey. He checks at about 65%. Anyway he sold him to us at pound price and we have been breeding about 10 heifers to him each year and only turning 2 or 3 every week to ten days. So far he has been getting the job done. | |
