S Mn | Honestly if i was closer to me or the clock was rewound 10 years i would take a long look at the place, cant begin to build a setup lake that for 850,000. Just cause theyre asking it doesnt mean that thats what you an buy it for.
Some neighbor kid from a farm family would have a heck of an opportunity in my opinon. Turn key setup that could instantly bring value to an operation is nearly impossible to find. Most guys who retire just move and leave everything sit for 15 years till its junk.
Can't hardly build the cattle barns for $800,000 granted probably not worth new price but still.
Looks like 3 grain bins that are 15000ish cant build em for $1.00 bu so even at a $.30 value $13000
must be more feed storage that isnt pictured
that house would bring $75,000+ in any of the small towns around here in western mn not sure you can build for $180 sq foot
