I seen this for sale ad. What is the sense of whittling this off by itself? How is a person supposed to utilize all this stuff without the crop acres to support it?
I see this more and more. Sell the land to the local BTO for a fire sale price and try to get unrealistic money out of whats left. Its future will include some citiot filling it with boats and campers. Are monoslopes gonna be the new "blue tombstones" ?
I don't know the story here, or any answers, but ads like this don't give me a good feeling about the future. Another step up the ladder of turning farmers into serfs. I got more thoughts but just aint good about getting them into words.
