Subject: Hot wire inside your bull pen?

Northeast Missouri
Our old, cobbled-together bull pen is made of cattle panels on steel posts, hog panels on wood posts with boards above them, and 7-wire high tensile fence on one side. I have a hot wire running around the inside of it, because we often have cattle in heat within 20 yards of the bull pen.

This summer I plan to replace 3 sides of it (the cattle & hog panels parts), probably with continuous corral panels.

Question for those of you with a bull pen made of continuous corral panel: do you use a hot wire inside it too, or is the continuous panel enough to keep your bulls in?
