south central IOWA | At least if you get the 500ml bottle it comes with a hose and a auto reload syringe gun like a jug of pour on has. Kind of a pain if you don't have a way of hanging the bottle up high because it needs gravity to refill the gun. You can dial the gun to give cc increments. I can't remember if 5cc was the highest or if it would give more on one pull.
You're talking such a miniscule diluted amount of insecticide coming out the back end spread out over many acres. Not much chance of affecting the soil. Think about squirting a whole bottle of it over all your farm and what affect that would have.
If you use back rubs now, I would continue to use them.
