We have a few of those, don't use them anymore though.   I believe they are Big Husky brand.  They are top adjust.


The bottom does spin but for most purposes it works just like a regular top adjust steel bottom Pax or Big Husky.    They are gravity flow, the pigs do not have to turn the bottom to get feed if you have it opened up enough.    If you have it really closed down they need to nudge it to encourage the feed to come out.    All in all they are a pretty good feeder.


They are easier to start small pigs on than an Osborne is.
