My Wilson is used commercially.  It has roughly 225,000 miles on it.  Other than axle wear parts (brakes, bearing, etc) it has been in the shop only once in the almost 5 years I've owned it.  The sheet metal on one of the divider gates broke out in a couple spots and needed to be fixed.  Other than that just grease the pivot points and drive.  Even the door latches are original yet.

For private use I'd expect one to last a lifetime.
