| I'd ditto EFbeef too as a good place to look in your area. They have some really productive and proven bloodlines. Also some other Hereford breeders in the state of IL that have been around for awhile now and always bring some good ones to the Iowa sale every year are Biggs Polled Herefords in Dixon, Baker Farms in Streator, and Perks Ranch in Rockford. I would think all of if not most of them probably still have something around for private treaty sale and on top of it they are just great people to deal with as well. | |
