I worked for a large farrowing complex in college. We would induce the sows on weekend chores so they would be done farrowing by closing time Tuesday. It's been 22 years now so I don't remember if it was a 24 or 48 hr shot (I think it was day 112, but...), but I'm sure a vet or medicine distributor/rep could talk you through this. Give them a shot farrow on Friday/Saturday and process piglets Saturday/Sunday.
