Google fsa 2037 balance sheet. Now tell me where there is even a spot to put leases or rent. Then Google loans vs leases, one of the selling points of a lease is that it frees capital because it doesn't go on the balance sheet. I not making my own rules I'm just obeying the rules that are in place
