deep SW On. | Something I see sharecroppers do that split seed is buy the stacked,herbicide resistant seed on shares and then buy conventional on there own.....as a cash renter I'll say since no-til came and RUP crops the tennant 's cost went down significantly in share agreements compared to days of fall plowing, spring cultivation,row cultivativing , hand rogueing or hoeing (for young guys that is taking a crazy stick out to bean fields to cut weeds out)..... like a shakepeare play ,share cropping for both parties"can be the best or worst of times" | |
