Working capital is their best measure of the repayment ability of your farming business. Most guys needing to borrow money from the bank are not worth millions so to protect the bank's backside you had best be able to PROVE that ability. If you do happen to be worth millions I would be willing to bet that they would loan you some money regardless of your working capital ratio shortfall! | |
