| I doubt anyone really tracks them and I don't think you can have "well advertised" and "quick sale" together.
If it has to be sold now I doubt it is being advertised as well as it could be. Lots of money in agriculture still doesn't use the internet and more or less relies on newspapers for classifieds/sale bills. It takes time to get advertising done in print.
Something that takes you a month to sell is not a "liquid" asset.
As far as a banker wanting a quick sale even at a distressed price. He's covering his backside, he doesn't care about your's as long as it doesn't hurt him.
