Yes.
However, the minute you use the growing crop as an asset, you need to pull your pre-pays, or current inputs off the current asset side of the balance sheet otherwise you are doubling up on your assets. Many banks (not all) will use at a minimum, your crop insurance revenue guarantee for a growing crop valuation until the crop is harvested.
