I'm not talking about someone who inherited everything and is slowly using it up.
Yes the example I'm using the guy is printing money but chooses to deploy his cash in a different way than keeping a million or two in cash in the bank...
In my example the 2000 acres with paid for equipment and operating line is generating 600k yearly...say he is putting that much in off farm investments yearly?
This working capital deal is almost as absurd as saying you need a million dollars worth of gold bullion in your safe...sure it's ok but is it really necessary?
I would have never got started 20 years ago if working capital was necessary... | |
