Can anyone think of an assets that couldn't be sold in a week in 2016 - if you really tried?
No, but I can think of assets that you will likely take a severe hit on if you have to sell them fast.
For example selling a hog building quickly, sure I could probably sell a 2400 hd finishing building in a weeks time but there's a pretty good chance that I won't be able to get what I could get if I had time to advertise it properly.
Not all assets can be turned into cash quickly at a fair market value, that's why they're not counted as a "liquid" asset.
