It seems to happen a lot here, on auctions that are listed as being able to approve or reject any bid
In this situation after the auction (like 3 weeks after) the high bidder got with his neighbor and the went together and raised bid to $6100 then another person got involved and bid $6500 first bowed out and they owned it
