You sure have drunk the kool aid your crop insurance guy is selling. What better way to sell insurance than to have a "educator" selling farmers the "fact" of impending doom.
I did some research, Mr. Clarence Sample is a cousin to Mr. John Doe, and Mr. Joe public...both educators.
