It will be an interesting deal in your area in a couple days. When things settle down, I may call you to get the story. I am far enough away to hear stuff, but it is conflicting so I have no idea what is really happening.
On land price, when I have signed the 20 and 30 year notes, I had no idea of what was going to happen. Sort of like teams and coaches, find a way to make it work. And that is one very honest answer! Kinda like starting a business up...you just set out with a plan and try to keep your head above water for the first yr or two until you can see a more clear path on how you will make this work out in long run ! You have to be a little bit crazy (in a good way) to get beyond your everyday guy or gal just living paycheck to paycheck! |
