| I said about a year ago or so here, that it sure feels like deflation is setting in, and at that time crude was prolly in the $50 range, which seemed really cheap compared to where it had come from. Also at that time, there were two lone holdouts that seemed to be bucking the trend, land and cattle. Well, the cattle succumbed to the gravitational pull in rapid fashion. This land market has been extremely resilient, but it cannot continue to remain a lone holdout all by itself. It could very conceivably lose in a year what it took six or seven years to build. Be careful. I don't like what I'm seeing one bit. | |
