I believe are used. Dump that back on the market and see what happens. All those wanting their unalieable right to corn for feed at below the cost of production would cheer. Along w the API, Restaurant assoc, National Poultry whatever, and the liberal left who want to feed the world's hungry for free. As long as it comes out of someone else's pocket...
