To the OP I've contacted mine about it. Got some beat around the bush response. Last year I think it was the 17th before they woke up. This is getting old. Hard for small businesses to make purchasing and other management decisions. If they'd set it Jan 1 or heaven forbid longer than 12 months it would make more sense. But this is our government so what do I know. We could talk for hours about this topic but in the end we have our "leaders" to look to. There are other avenues to reduce ones tax liability but in certain situations 179 is the better option.
