Sleep in the truck cab! Land that adjoins your own farm is a once-in-a-lifetime deal.

If someone called me and told me to "back off" they would get a heck of a response. The only time I would see that is if they told you about the deal, and you then went and undercut them. You found out about it fair and square, you are in the right.

Get it bought and your "friend" can go pound salt. Log it yourself just to show him what he is missing out on.
