| What's the drawbacks and what will happen? Started creep feeding earlier this year due to poor grass due to drought and I'm getting close to empty and it will be a few weeks yet before weaning. They're eating a lot but will be going to a fall grazing pasture/corn stalks pretty quick here. I currently really don't have the time to be constantly filling feeders with short daylight hours as it is, so just wondering if I will have a wreck or not. Personally, I think the calves are kinda chubby and they're over consuming.
So yes or no, could I do it, or stay the course and keep creeping them to avoid a potential problem? | |
