Just what is the purpose of buildup anyway? I have ground that has a high soil test, I applied a removall rate of DAP and POT last fall. I have ground with a low soil test, I applied a removal rate of DAP and POT last fall. Both farms always yield within a few bushels of one another. Ask yourself this, what are the chances of fertilizer being cheaper by next spring?
