barry county mi | Sat. a couple weeks ago talked to a very sucessful man that owns a small hyd. and gearbox company and visited quite awhile said his favorite or ideal hire for engineer is a good natured working boy off a farm right out of high school that way he can teach the kid what he need to know and the way it has to be done. My brother hire s home school kids when he can . the people he hires that are on state aid or goverment aid are always worthless. or there spouse is worthless and wont let them work.just how it is archie | |
