I would say a salvage yard that had a burnt front end 8000 series might be a candidate. Some of the big salvage yards I would think should have one. I think you will need a computer from behind the cab and the hydraulic slab in addition to the linkage. If you only needed up/down a person could just buy the linkage and rockshaft and plug the cylinders into an SCV outlet.
