Just a thought but are you leaving enough slack in your hoses? I had trouble with one hose coming out on a 1135 massy when chopping corn. When I would turn real short one way, one hose wasn't long enough and would pull out, was ok unless I turned hard. Rerouted hose to give a couple more inches and had no more trouble.
