Subject: Re: NH high contact conditioner rolls

Dalton, OH
That's interesting on the Circle C rolls. They were developed out there to speed drying, but I think they actually work better in the humid east conditions. Local shop just got setup as dealer for them. They are selling the rolls and the wheel rakes. It will be interesting to see how things play out with them. They got a rake in a week ago and are going through the learning curve. As for the high impact rolls, nobody around here runs them. There a couple of Hesston double conditioners running and they seem to be working well on the sickle machines. I demoed one in oats and it is the closest to my Circle C rolls anybody has come to drying time. I'm real curious about the double conditioners in the Hesston discmowers. Local dealer is supposed to have one in soon and maybe I will demo it if I get the time yet this fall.
