China is at the same point North America and Western Europe was 40 years ago. A MAJOR industrial boom with minimal thought given to environmental issues. Just like the rest of us have, China will come to grips with its pollution issues etc in due time. I personally think, and its just an non fact based opinion, that India is in worse shape enviroment wise then China.
Emissions why did we let it get this far?
