south central iowa | Clay my landlords don't want to see that information. I've shown the one for South Central Iowa to every one in the last two weeks. Most don't want to look. Also the Iowa State study showing rent has averaged 30% gross for corn and 40% for beans. With 132 and 40 for APH's and today's prices it is a little shocking. Just lost a farm to a guy from 25 miles North. I wouldn't pay $250 for those average yields. Always somebody that knows how to do it better. | |
