Callao Missouri | First of all you screwed up by takeing the accumulator off and into JD. I presume your accumulator leeked off after many years and when they re charged it they blew the blader out, I have done that a time or two, and my fix for the situation is no longer screw with dry nitorgen charge in the seat (seat only). You need to just chuck up the air hose and put a bit less than your body weight of compressed air into the accumulator.
If your fat put upwards of 100-120 psi, if your scrawny like me 80-90 psi. in the accumulator. The last thing is all thise tractors have age on them. My advice to make the seat ride good is clean the pop cans and plires out from under it, I have dug some of the weirest things out from under some of the cleaner tractors, just take the seat out and have a look. that seet is one of the best seats ever desined in my book because it will not launch my scrawny behind out after a big bump like an air seat. Also there is two leavers on the front of the seat pannel, one is for ride hight and the other is for ride comfort, play with both and that will help you out, My personal opinion is keep the hyd seat and let china have the air seats.
