Subject: EZ Steer / 500 - can't get head centeres

Running a 2388 with EzGuide 500 & EzSteer. Cutting beans running one direction the head runs where we have about the right amount f overlap. Going the other way it was leaving about 18-24" of lap. Dealer spent most of the afternoon trying to correct the situation & finally got it where there's about 12" of lap on the wide side. We never could get it to center. He tried changing the amount of offset, moved the globe on top the cab aas well as changing head width & overlap (30' 1020 set for 29' with 6" overlap). he also has recalibrated the tilt / role compensation ( think that was what he called it)

Whatever we tried hasn't worked though one time we were able to change the amount of lap side to side.

Anyone else ran into this problem? If so what did you do to correct it?

TIA,
boog
