Sales Tax on a Snowblower

I'm wondering if this John Deere dealer is in Milbank. It is possible that they bought the snowblower there, picked it up themselves at the dealer, and the dealer has just now caught it and realized they should have charged the sales tax. Like the other response said, Minnesotans don't have to pay the SD sales tax if the machinery is delivered to us by the dealer.

I have heard of this happening before and it generally seems to be that it comes up if the State comes in and does a Sales Tax audit of the dealership.
