I don't think people are spending money on this crop, I have NCLB and GLS, so I suspect I'm not the only one, but the airplanes are relatively quiet around here....very few people willing to spend the $30+ on fungicide, they are taking their chances. High prices tend to entice throwing everything but the kitchen sink at the crop....like last several years. But I don't get the feeling that is happening this year. That alone might account for a 3-5 bu drop in national yield.
